The Twins

Ally (red) and Caroline (Blue), are Megan's twin nieces. The first day I went to visit Texas, I started to take one of their pictures, and it turned into a mini-photoshoot/the beginning of the twins modeling careers. They were surprisingly good, and they REALLY liked people taking their picture for some reason (perhaps because their mother REALLY likes to blog). They were an "inspiration" to me...... you can ask Megan about that.

Trip to California

Megan invited me to go to California for Thanksgiving for the first familial filter. Jacob and Jonah (Megan's Nephews) quickly became my buddies and they enjoyed whomping on me. Jacob got baptized the day before we left and we were glad we could be there to see him.

Fall Football

So BYU Football was actually good this year, and we had a ton of fun at the games, except that they were usually blowouts by the 2nd quarter. Our season ticket seats were right next to Michelle's so we saw her quite a bit at the games, usually with about 3 or 4 guys fighting for her attention. Megan and Michelle's favorite player was McKay Jacobsen, I'm told it's just because he's from Texas, but I have my suspicions.

Sneaky

Megan really likes it when I scare her, and this particular occasion she was waiting impatiently for me to go and get my camera from my apartment before a football game, I snuck up on her just before she lost her patience and left without me.

Bowling Prodigy

Despite me taking a bowling class last semester, Megan beats me regularly.

Not a Cowboy

I'm not a cowboy....but Megan is slowly trying to convince me that I'm a Texan.

Dad's favorite soccer player

Aside from almost being ejected from 3 games for "rough play", Megan was the best player on her intramural soccer team last semester.
